Well‑established international firm is seeking a partner to strengthen its corporate and commercial litigation capabilities in Baltimore. The hire will work across transactional and contentious matters, supporting clients in sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

The search prioritizes portable teams or partners with an established, transferable practice and lead-client relationships. The role offers the opportunity to build regional transactional volume and handle high‑value commercial disputes with cross‑border elements.

Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with national and international offices to support clients active in major markets including New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

Experienced partner with an established, portable practice or team (lead-client relationships preferred).
Substantive experience in high‑value commercial litigation and corporate transactions (M&A, private equity, venture matters).
Track record advising clients in at least one target sector: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive.
Ability and interest in working across U.S. and cross‑border matters and coordinating with other offices.
