A leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Boston practice across corporate transactions and complex commercial litigation. The role will handle high-value matters across sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and related industries, and will work on cross‑jurisdictional matters with teams in other U.S. and international markets.

The firm prefers team hires to grow transactional and litigation capacity and is particularly interested in candidates who can bring a meaningful portable practice. This role will involve client development, leading cross‑border matters, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner-level experience in both corporate transactions (M&A) and commercial litigation or a demonstrated ability to lead one of these practices with close collaboration across the other.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is strongly preferred.
Significant sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy (sector depth preferred).
Experience leading teams and cross‑border matters; strong business development and client management skills.
