Lateral Partner — Corporate & Commercial Litigation, Boston

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner (or small team) to expand its Boston corporate and commercial litigation capabilities. The role will combine high-value transactional work with substantial commercial disputes, supporting growth across domestic and cross-border matters.

Preferred candidates will have experience in private equity, venture capital and complex commercial litigation across sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The office is targeting partners who can contribute a portable practice or join as a cohesive team to accelerate transactional volume and major litigation handling.

• Established partner with a sustained record of high-value transactional and commercial litigation work.
• Proven ability to lead deal teams and manage complex cross-border disputes.
• Portable practice preferred; stronger consideration for cohesive team moves rather than isolated hires.
• Sectors experience: private equity, venture capital, technology, life sciences or financial services.
• Bar admission in relevant US jurisdictions and excellent academic and professional references.
