Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Denver office with a blended corporate and commercial litigation practice. The role will handle high-value transactional work and significant commercial disputes across multiple industries.

Ideal candidates will join as part of, or build, a portable team to expand transactional capacity and litigation capability. The group focuses on cross-border matters and serves clients across financial services, life sciences, technology, energy and automotive sectors.

Established partner with a proven corporate and commercial litigation practice.
Track record of leading high-value M&A, transactional matters and commercial dispute work.
Portable book of business preferred; firm shows a strong preference for team moves or candidates with a demonstrable client base.
Comfort working on cross-border matters and with clients in regulated industries (financial services, life sciences, technology, energy, automotive).
Strong business development skills and ability to collaborate across offices and practice groups.
