Lateral Partner — Corporate & Commercial Litigation, Denver

Senior hire sought to lead and expand a Denver-based corporate and commercial litigation practice with substantial transactional capabilities. The role combines high-value commercial dispute work with corporate and private equity/M&A matters across technology, energy, life sciences and financial-services sectors.

The team will handle cross-border matters and work with national and international clients; the office is focused on growing transactional volume and major commercial litigation. Candidates that bring a portable, client-facing practice and a track record of developing teams will be prioritized. The hiring approach favors team or multi-lawyer moves over single lateral hires.

• Established partner with significant experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions (M&A, PE/Venture matters preferred).
• Proven origination history and client relationships; portable practice expected for partner hires.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and grow teams; experience integrating into cross-border, multi-office practices.
• Bar admission in Colorado or willingness to obtain admission; strong writing and client-management skills.
• Preference for candidates with sector experience in technology, energy, life sciences or financial services; candidates with prior team-lead experience are especially welcome.
