Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner (or team) to expand its Minneapolis office with a dual transactional and commercial-litigation capability. The role will work on complex corporate deals and high-value commercial disputes for U.S. and international clients across regulated industries.

Priority will be given to partner-level candidates who can grow a platform through new client origination and by integrating with existing deal and dispute teams. The firm seeks team hires as well as strong individual rainmakers who can collaborate across practice groups and markets.

Established partner with significant experience in corporate transactions and/or complex commercial litigation
Track record of client originations and ability to work across national and international markets
Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive preferred
Proven team leadership and ability to integrate with cross-border practices
