Well-established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to help expand a Los Angeles office practice focused on high-value commercial litigation and corporate transactions. The role combines case-led litigation work with transactional matters across sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

Priority will be given to candidates who can lead or join a team-level hire to build transactional capacity and handle significant commercial disputes. The position will work with a cross-border platform that supports matters across the U.S., Europe and other key markets.

Proven partner-level track record in commercial litigation and/or corporate transactions.
Experience leading or integrating into a team; preference for candidates who bring an established, portable practice.
Sector experience in at least one of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive.
Strong client development and cross-border matter capabilities.
