Lateral Partner — Corporate & Commercial Litigation, Los Angeles

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its Los Angeles corporate and commercial litigation capabilities. The role will combine high-value transactional work with complex commercial disputes across technology, life sciences, financial services, energy and related sectors.

The team is focused on acquiring well‑established teams or partners who can substantially grow transactional volume and handle significant commercial litigation matters. Preference is for candidates with an established, portable practice and strong client relationships; team moves are particularly attractive.

• Partner-level experience in corporate transactions and commercial litigation.
• Proven track record in private equity, venture capital and M&A or similar transactional work.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and build teams and to bring or grow client relationships (portable practice preferred).
• Ability to advise clients across multiple U.S. and international markets (New York, Northern California, Texas, London/Germany focus).
• Stable career history; the team seeks candidates without frequent lateral moves.
