Top-tier global firm is expanding its Philadelphia office and seeks a lateral partner (or small team) with a blended corporate transactions and commercial litigation practice. The role emphasizes high-value corporate deals and bet-the-company commercial litigation across regulated and technology-driven sectors.

Target sectors include life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive; the office serves matters with a cross-border footprint (U.S., UK and continental Europe). The team hire focus means preference will be given to candidates who can bring complementary fee-earners and an established, portable practice.

Established partner-level practitioner with a proven record in both corporate transactions (M&A/Securities/Finance) and commercial litigation.
Experience advising clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or related regulated industries.
Track record of originating and sustaining client relationships; ability to demonstrate a portable practice or to join as a small team preferred.
Comfort working on cross-border matters and collaborating with offices across major U.S. and international markets.
Team-oriented approach; preference for candidates with experience building and integrating teams rather than solo moves.
