Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Philadelphia corporate and commercial litigation capabilities. The role sits at the intersection of high-value transactional work and big-ticket commercial disputes and will help expand cross-border deal and litigation capacity.

Search prioritizes team moves that can scale transactional volume and handle significant commercial litigation across key sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The practice frequently acts on matters spanning the U.S., UK and continental Europe.

Ideal candidates will have an established partner practice with demonstrable client relationships and a track record on complex cross-border matters. Preference will be given to teams or partners able to bring a meaningful portable practice and at least one anchor client.

Established partner with a proven record in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation
Demonstrable client relationships and a portable practice; team moves preferred
Sector expertise in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive
Experience handling cross-border matters and coordinating multi-jurisdictional work
