Top-tier international firm seeks a lateral partner to grow its Philadelphia corporate and commercial litigation capability. The role combines transactional work (M&A, private equity and venture capital) with high-value commercial litigation matters across regulated sectors.

Priority will be given to teams or multi-lawyer groups that can bring a ready-made platform and established client relationships; the team will join an existing cross‑border practice with strong market coverage in New York, California, Texas, the UK and continental Europe. This is an opportunity to lead matters across life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and related industries.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation.
Demonstrable portable practice or significant client relationships; team hires strongly preferred.
Proven track record in private equity, venture capital, M&A and complex commercial disputes.
Experience advising clients in regulated sectors (life sciences, financial services, technology, energy) and working on cross-border matters.
