Lateral Partner — Corporate & Commercial Litigation, San Francisco

Leading international law firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to join its San Francisco office to lead complex corporate transactions and big‑ticket commercial litigation. The role is geared toward candidates who can build or bring a cohesive team and expand transactional and disputes capacity across key industry sectors.

The practice focuses on private equity, venture and strategic M&A, sophisticated finance matters and high‑stakes commercial disputes across life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive clients. Successful candidates will collaborate across the firm's international platform, with matters touching New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

• Established partner track record in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation (lead counsel on complex matters).
• Proven ability to originate and sustain client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable team leadership preferred.
• Comfort working cross‑border on matters involving U.S. and European jurisdictions and coordinating with multiple offices.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent client development and managerial skills.
