Lateral Partner — Corporate & Commercial Litigation, Silicon Valley

Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to expand a cross-disciplinary Corporate and Commercial Litigation practice in Silicon Valley. The role combines high-value transactional work with major commercial disputes across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

Successful candidates will be expected to grow a team-oriented practice, working across offices in key markets and on cross-border matters. The team is prioritizing group hires or partners with the ability to bring and develop a sustained, portable practice rather than one-off moves.

• Established partner with significant experience in both high-value transactional work (M&A/other corporate transactions) and commercial litigation.
• Proven record of originating and managing client relationships and the ability to develop business across sectors and geographies.
• Comfort working on cross-border matters and coordinating with multiple offices in major markets.
• Preference for candidates who can join as part of a team or who have an established portable practice; limited interest in single-matter portability.
• Authorized to work in the United States and based in/able to relocate to Silicon Valley.
