Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its commercial litigation team in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on complex business disputes across technology and commercial sectors, handling high-stakes litigation, disputes resolution, and trial work.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven partner-level track record, strong client relationships and the ability to originate and lead matters. This is an opportunity to join an established litigation platform and help grow a regional practice out of an office in the Bay Area.

Partner-level experience in commercial/business litigation at a major law firm
Proven trial and/or significant contested litigation experience
Demonstrable book of business or portable client relationships and origination capability
Strong client-management and business-development skills
Licensed to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or able to obtain admission)
