Partner, Commercial Litigation — Silicon Valley

Seeking a partner to lead and expand a busy commercial litigation practice in the Silicon Valley office of a national law firm. The role involves managing high-value commercial disputes, supervising associates, and working closely with clients on strategy through trial and appeals where necessary.

The team handles complex technology-related and commercial matters; the position offers significant client-facing work and responsibility for matter management and team development. The firm provides national platform support while expecting entrepreneurial contribution from the hire.

Open to candidates with an established, portable litigation practice and demonstrable business development success who can immediately contribute to and grow regional capabilities.

• Proven partner-level commercial litigation experience, including managing teams and leading complex matters.
• Track record of business development and an established portable practice or client relationships.
• Strong courtroom and motion practice skills; experience through trial or high-stakes dispositive hearings preferred.
• Admission to the relevant state bar (or ability to obtain admission) and appropriate professional standing.
