Partner, Corporate & Commercial Litigation - Silicon Valley

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley office to lead and expand a corporate-focused commercial litigation practice. The role blends high-stakes dispute work with transactional and advisory matters for sophisticated corporate clients.

The team handles cross-border and domestic matters where international trade issues arise; the partner will work collaboratively with firmwide practices and senior deal teams. This is a rainmaker role with responsibility for originating work, managing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Established partner with a proven commercial litigation practice and substantial experience alongside corporate transactional matters.
• Experience handling matters involving international trade or cross-border regulatory issues preferred.
• Demonstrable book of business or clear ability to originate and develop client relationships.
• Strong business development, team leadership and client-management skills; active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
