Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its healthcare transactions practice in the Silicon Valley market. The role focuses on leading complex transactional work for healthcare clients across strategic combinations, provider arrangements, and related commercial matters.

The partner will be expected to originate and grow client relationships, take a leadership role on deal execution, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or established client relationships in the healthcare sector are welcome.

Proven partner-level experience handling healthcare transactions and related commercial matters.
Demonstrated track record of originating business and managing client relationships (portable practice encouraged).
Strong deal execution skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent business development, communication, and leadership abilities appropriate for a partner role.
