Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow its Silicon Valley corporate and commercial litigation platform. The role will focus on big‑ticket commercial disputes and significant corporate transactions across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

Priority will be given to team or group moves that can materially expand transactional capacity and commercial-litigation capability in key markets. The practice serves clients across Northern California, New York, Texas, the UK and Germany, and the role offers a chance to build or lead cross‑border matters with an established global network.

Established partner with a track record in high‑value commercial litigation and corporate transactions.
Experience in one or more target sectors: technology, life sciences, financial services, energy or automotive.
Comfort leading or integrating a small team; preference for candidates who can bring a portable practice or anchor client relationships.
Proven ability to work on cross‑border matters and coordinate with offices in major markets (e.g., NY, Northern CA, TX, UK, Germany).
