Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to build and lead a combined corporate and commercial litigation practice from its Silicon Valley office. The role emphasizes high‑value transactional work alongside significant commercial disputes matters across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

The team-focused hire should be comfortable originating matters, managing cross‑border matters and working with offices in other major markets (including New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany). Preference will be given to candidates who can join with a team or demonstrable portable practice rather than individuals without a sustained book of business.

Established partner with deep experience in both corporate transactions and commercial litigation (M&A and related disputes preferred).
Track record advising clients in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors.
Proven client origination and ability to lead and develop teams; comfortable coordinating cross‑border matters.
Admission to a U.S. bar and experience working with international counterparties.
