Lateral Partner — Corporate & Commercial Litigation — Silicon Valley

Senior hire sought to join a well-established corporate team in Silicon Valley with a significant commercial litigation and international trade practice. The role blends courtroom experience with corporate advisory work on cross-border matters for clients across the technology and trade sectors.

The team is looking for a market-facing partner who will lead matters, develop client relationships and collaborate with corporate colleagues on transactional and regulatory issues. This is a partner-level opportunity for a lawyer who maintains a portable practice.

• Established partner with an active, portable practice in commercial litigation and/or international trade.
• Substantial experience handling cross-border corporate and regulatory disputes.
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills.
• Strong leadership, business development track record and ability to work with deal teams.
• J.D. and current bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred).
