Lateral Partner — Corporate & Commercial Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Experienced lateral partner sought to lead and grow an integrated corporate and commercial litigation practice in a major Washington, D.C. office. The role emphasizes cross‑border transactional capability alongside high‑stakes commercial litigation work across regulated industries.

Priority will be given to multi‑lawyer teams that can immediately expand transactional volume and litigation capacity. The team will advise clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and other regulated sectors with a market focus spanning key U.S. and international financial centers.

• Established partner with a demonstrable corporate and commercial litigation practice.
• Proven track record advising on M&A and complex commercial disputes; experience in regulated sectors (life sciences, financial services, technology, energy) preferred.
• Comfort working as part of — or bringing — a team to scale transactional and litigation capabilities.
• Evidence of an existing portable practice or significant client relationships is highly desirable.
• Practical approach to conflicts and realistic expectations about previous lateral moves.
