Top-tier international law firm seeking a partner to strengthen a dual-focused practice covering corporate transactions and high-value commercial litigation. The role will sit in the Washington, D.C. office and work across cross-border and U.S. domestic matters.

Priority will be given to small teams or team leaders who can scale transactional capacity and handle significant commercial disputes across regulated sectors, including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and the automotive industry. The team will collaborate with colleagues across key U.S. and international markets.

Candidates should bring a demonstrable originations record and a meaningful portable practice; the hiring approach favors cohesive teams with at least one stable anchor client over individual lateral moves.

Established partner-level background combining corporate (M&A/PE/Venture) and commercial litigation experience
Proven track record of originating work and developing client relationships; meaningful portable practice preferred
Experience advising or litigating for clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive sectors
Comfort working across U.S. and international markets and collaborating with multi-jurisdictional teams
