Leading international law firm seeking an established lateral partner to grow a Washington, D.C.–based corporate and commercial litigation practice. The role emphasizes high‑value corporate transactions and complex commercial litigation across regulated and technology‑driven sectors.

Search prioritizes team hires rather than single hires — candidates should bring a demonstrable, portable practice and the ability to contribute to transactional volume and contentious matters. Sector focus includes life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive; key market coverage includes New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

This is a partner leadership opportunity for practitioners experienced in cross‑border deals and bet‑the‑company litigation, with an expectation to help develop client relationships and originate new business.

• Senior partner track record in corporate transactions and/or complex commercial litigation.
• Established, portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client accounts; team moves preferred.
• Experience advising clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive sectors.
• Proven experience on cross‑border matters and working with U.S. and international markets.
• Admission or eligibility to practice in Washington, D.C., or willingness to qualify.
