Senior lateral partner role in Montreal for an established corporate group with a strong focus on regulatory and environmental matters. The team handles a mix of transactional, regulatory and select contentious work across Quebec-focused and broader Canadian mandates.

The group is seeking a partner with a portable practice who can originate and develop client relationships, provide strategic regulatory advice, and integrate into a collaborative, multi-disciplinary practice. Candidates may be considered for equity or non-equity partnership tracks depending on practice profile.

Proven partner-level experience in regulatory, environmental, and transactional work relevant to Quebec.
Established portable practice / demonstrated client origination and business development record.
Admissions and eligibility to practise in Quebec/Canada.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to work across regulatory, transactional and selective litigation matters.
