Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join a busy insolvency & restructuring team in Montreal. The role focuses on advising on complex restructurings, creditor and debtor-side insolvency matters, and related corporate restructuring work.

The team advises institutional lenders, corporates and insolvency stakeholders on high-value matters and is looking for a partner who can contribute immediate technical leadership and help grow the practice.

Established partner with a proven track record in restructuring and insolvency work.
Demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice will be considered.
Experience leading teams on complex restructurings and insolvency proceedings.
Admitted to practice in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction (Quebec preferred).
