Lead and grow a market-facing corporate practice in a newly expanding Montreal office for a well-regarded national firm. The role suits an entrepreneurial partner who will help build a platform across M&A, securities and related finance matters.

The firm is seeking a business-building partner with an established, portable practice and a commercially focused approach. There is potential for direct equity entry for the right candidate and a mandate to help develop the local team and client base.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and securities, with transactional experience across corporate and financing matters.
Track record of originating and growing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Commercial, client-focused mindset and interest in developing a regional office and mentoring junior lawyers.
Eligible to practise in Canada and able to be based in Montreal.
