The group is seeking a growth‑oriented partner with a demonstrable track record in insolvency and restructuring who can contribute to both matters and practice development. Typical partnership progression is structured (income partner with clear pathway to equity in most cases).

• Established insolvency / restructuring partner with roughly 10–14 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven technical experience leading complex restructurings and insolvency matters.
• Track record or clear potential for originating and growing work; a portable book is helpful but not a strict requirement.
• Ability to integrate into a collaborative, national practice and contribute to group growth and mentoring.
