Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Paris corporate practice with a strong focus on compliance. The role will be client-facing and involve advising corporate clients on cross‑border transactions, regulatory risk, and compliance programmes.

The successful candidate will help grow and shape the Paris office’s corporate and compliance offering, work closely with teams across jurisdictions, and take a visible business development role. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in corporate law with a strong emphasis on compliance and regulatory matters.
Proven client relationship and business development capability; portable practice preferable.
Experience advising on cross‑border transactions and regulatory compliance.
Fluency in French and English; admitted or eligible to practice in France or another major jurisdiction.
Leadership experience managing teams and collaborating across international offices.
