Lateral Partner — Corporate (Corporate Governance) — Muscat

Senior corporate partner sought to lead and grow a corporate governance-focused practice in Muscat. The role will sit within an established regional team and involves advising Omani corporates, state-linked entities and international clients on governance, group restructurings and board-level matters.

This is a succession-led opportunity: the team has strong current coverage but seeks a partner to assume future leadership as more senior colleagues step back. A portable practice and demonstrable origination track record are welcomed.

The role offers high‑visibility, cross‑border work and close collaboration with regional and international colleagues across related corporate and commercial matters.

• Qualified lawyer with substantial experience in corporate governance and general corporate work.
• Proven leadership ability and experience managing teams and client relationships.
• Track record of client origination or a portable practice suitable for a Gulf/MENA market.
• Comfortable advising on cross‑border transactions and working with regional/international teams; strong commercial and communication skills.
