Leading international law firm is seeking a senior corporate partner to develop and lead its corporate practice in Doha. The role involves advising regional and international clients on cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.

The partner will take a visible business-development and team-leadership role, working with deal teams across the region and supporting growth of the office’s transactional capabilities. This is an opportunity to establish a market-facing practice in Qatar within a well-resourced international platform.

Proven partner-level corporate transactional experience in Qatar or the wider MENA region.
Strong track record of originating and winning client work; portable practice/relationships preferred.
Excellent technical skills in M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance, with experience on cross-border matters.
Ability to lead and develop a small team and contribute to business development and client retention.
