Senior partner hire for a well-established international law practice in Doha. The role is open to partners from corporate or employment/labour backgrounds; corporate experience is preferred but candidates with strong employment practices will be considered.

The post-holder will lead client engagement in the Qatar market, develop business locally and regionally, and work with cross-border teams across the firm’s international network. The team offers flexible arrangements and senior support for business development and practice growth.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate and/or employment law; strong technical credentials in at least one area.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to develop a portable practice or contribute materially to firm revenue.
Experience advising domestic and international clients in the Qatar / GCC market preferred.
Ability to lead and mentor senior associates and collaborate across regional teams.
