Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tucson office to help grow corporate, employment and intellectual property practices. The role is open to candidates with a portable practice who can generate and develop client work and mentor a team of lawyers.

Priority areas include corporate transactional work, labor & employment (including ERISA/benefits), and IP litigation; candidates with mass‑torts or complex litigation experience will also be considered. The firm is open to strong partners across multiple western and southeastern offices and can be flexible on structure and compensation for the right book of business.

Established partner track record in one or more of: Corporate, Labor & Employment (ERISA/benefits), IP litigation or Complex Litigation.
Portable book of business preferred; proven client origination and relationship management skills.
Experience building and managing teams; ability to mentor associates and develop practice growth plans.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to practice in Arizona or willingness to relocate/maintain registration as required.
