Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy, multi-practice office in Nashville. The role will focus on corporate transactions, employment & labor matters (including ERISA/C&B), and intellectual property litigation, with opportunities to collaborate across regional offices.

The group is prioritizing partners with a portable practice who can originate and lead client matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work with cross‑office teams to grow the platform. The office welcomes candidates based in the Southeast but will consider strong laterals from other U.S. markets.

Established partner with a portable book of business and demonstrable client origination experience
Substantive experience in one or more of: corporate transactions, employment & labor (including ERISA/C&B), or IP litigation
Proven ability to lead matters, manage teams, and develop business across offices
Strong litigation or transactional track record appropriate to partner level
