Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas corporate group with a focus on energy and finance matters. The role will handle buy- and sell-side M&A, capital markets and transactional work across renewables, oil & gas and technology-related energy projects.

The team advises sponsors, developers and corporate clients on project development, commercial arrangements and financing across the energy lifecycle. The position offers a platform to lead client engagements and expand an existing practice within a national platform.

Partner-level experience in M&A, project development and transactional finance matters, ideally with energy sector exposure (renewables and/or oil & gas).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business preferred.
Strong technical drafting and deal management skills across commercial contracts and financing documents.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to become licensed.
