Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tallahassee office to lead and grow transactional corporate work across M&A, capital markets and technology-related deals.

The role will focus on leading complex corporate and project-related matters in the energy sector (renewables and oil & gas), advising strategic and financial clients on transactions and project development. Candidates should be able to originate and manage client relationships and work closely with cross-practice teams.

Partner-level transactional experience in M&A, capital markets or corporate finance
Demonstrable experience in energy project development (renewables and/or oil & gas) and/or technology transactions
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice/agent of new business preferred
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Florida
