Senior lateral partner opportunity with a well-established Canadian firm seeking to grow its corporate practice in Calgary. The role will lead complex corporate transactions and advise energy-sector clients, while working closely with a broad commercial team.

The firm is open to candidates with a primary corporate background; an energy-focused practice is a strong asset but not mandatory. The position carries client development and team leadership responsibilities and is suited to an entrepreneurial partner able to bring and grow a portable practice.

Senior partner level with significant corporate transactional experience, ideally including energy-sector work.
Approximately 15–25 years post-call experience (candidates called around 2000–2010 are ideal).
Demonstrated track record of originating work and proven client development skills; must be able to bring an established portable practice.
Strong leadership, team management and business-development capabilities; admitted or eligible to practise in Alberta.
