Lateral Partner — Corporate & Energy (M&A) — San Francisco

Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to lead and grow a San Francisco-based corporate practice with a strong focus on M&A, transactional work and energy-sector matters. The role will handle complex corporate transactions, capital markets and project-level commercial work in renewables and oil & gas.

This opportunity is client- and business-development facing: the firm is looking for a partner with a portable practice and proven ability to originate and manage high-value engagements while mentoring junior lawyers and coordinating cross-practice teams.

• Lateral partner with an established, portable practice and demonstrable client relationships.
• Substantial experience in M&A, corporate transactional work and capital markets; track record on energy-sector matters (renewables and/or oil & gas).
• Proven business development, client management and team leadership skills.
• Admission to practice in California or eligibility to be admitted.
