Experienced corporate partner sought to join a well-established national law practice in Dallas. The role focuses on M&A and transactional work across technology and energy sector clients, including project development and commercial matters in renewables and oil & gas.

The partner will lead and expand client relationships, advise on capital markets and complex corporate transactions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the firm’s U.S. platform. Portable business and proven origination capability are welcome.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions and energy-sector matters (renewables and/or oil & gas).
Track record advising on technology transactions and capital markets matters.
Proven client development and book-of-business generation at the partner level.
Experience managing deal teams and working cross-functionally with finance, regulatory and project stakeholders.
