An established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Raleigh corporate practice, focusing on M&A, transactional work and technology-related deals. The role includes significant work on renewable energy and oil & gas project development and commercial matters, as well as capital markets and tech transactions.

The successful candidate will help lead and grow transactional capability in the region, working with deal teams across energy, finance and technology sectors. This is a client-facing partner role with responsibility for originating and advancing complex cross-practice matters.

Partner-level experience in M&A, transactional corporate work and energy project/commercial matters (renewables and/or oil & gas).
Proven record on technology-related transactions and capital markets matters preferred.
Established client development skills and the ability to originate work; a portable practice or demonstrable business development pipeline is desirable.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Raleigh office.
