Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Riyadh office to strengthen the Corporate and Family practice offering. The role will combine corporate advisory work with high-value family law matters and governance-related mandates across the region.

The team is looking for a senior lawyer who can lead client engagements, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers in a busy Middle East practice. The appointment offers a platform to build a market-facing practice within an established regional office.

Partner-level experience in corporate and/or family law; demonstrable experience with corporate governance matters
Track record of leading matters and supervising junior lawyers
Established network or business development capability in the Saudi/Riyadh market preferred; portable practice not strictly required for candidates with strong local relationships
Admission to a relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practise in the region
