Leading global law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its Calgary corporate team with a focus on M&A, banking and capital markets, and real estate-related matters. The role offers the opportunity to lead transactions, advise sophisticated corporate and financial services clients, and develop a regional platform.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across national and international teams on complex deals and financings while helping grow the local practice. The team is open to a lateral partner move or a small team join, and candidates with a portable practice are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with significant experience in corporate transactions, M&A and/or banking and capital markets.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business encouraged.
Strong transactional drafting, negotiation skills and commercial judgment.
Bar admission in Alberta (or eligibility) and experience advising Canadian and cross-border clients.
