Senior corporate partner opportunity with a well-regarded Canada-focused firm’s Calgary office, supporting corporate M&A, corporate finance and energy transactional work. The role involves leading client engagements, originating mandates and supervising deal teams in a high-activity commercial practice.

The team is also open to exceptional partners from related practices (for example, IP) who bring a strong transactional or commercial focus. Group moves (partner plus associates) would be considered for the right fit.

Established partner with several years’ partner-level experience (candidates with a track record of senior partnership preferred).
Proven transactional experience in corporate M&A, corporate finance and/or energy matters.
Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable book of business is required but there is no fixed minimum.
Comfort leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers; preference for candidates currently holding or seeking equity partner status.
