Senior partner-level opportunity in Paris for an experienced corporate/finance lawyer to join a well-regarded firm’s partnership. The role will combine transactional corporate work (M&A, private equity) with banking & finance, international trade/customs and regulatory or arbitration matters.

The firm seeks a senior hire who will lead and develop client relationships, grow a cross-practice transactional and regulatory offering, and mentor junior lawyers. The role offers visible partner responsibility on complex cross-border matters and opportunities to shape practice strategy.

Established partner or equivalent senior lawyer with a demonstrable transactional/regulatory practice.
Proven experience in corporate transactions (M&A/private equity) and banking & finance; experience with international trade, customs or arbitration is a plus.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships — a portable practice or demonstrable business-generating ability is required.
Admitted to practise in France or eligible; strong commercial English and French legal drafting/negotiation skills.
