Seeking a senior transactional partner to join a Boston-based corporate, finance and banking team. The role will lead private equity and venture capital transactions, working across M&A, fund-related matters and sponsor-side financing work. You will be client-facing, managing deal teams and driving high-value transactions for institutional clients and emerging-growth companies.

Established partner-level transactional experience in private equity and venture capital matters
Proven track record of client origination/portable practice and active business development
Strong deal leadership and team management skills on complex M&A and financing transactions
Admission to the relevant bar (or willingness to qualify) and JD from an accredited law school
