Major international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its corporate, finance and securities practice in San Francisco. The role focuses on representing sponsors and issuers in private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions.

The partner will originate and lead complex transactional matters, supervise deal teams and work closely with cross‑office colleagues on national and international mandates. A portable practice and demonstrable client relationships are welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in corporate, finance and/or securities transactions (private equity, venture capital, capital markets).
Proven track record of originating and leading complex deals and managing teams.
Demonstrable client development skills and willingness to bring or grow a portable practice.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the San Francisco office.
