Leading U.S. firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston corporate team, focusing on M&A, capital markets and transactional work across energy sectors. The role will support growth in renewables, project development and traditional oil & gas matters while handling corporate and finance-linked transactions.

The position offers the opportunity to lead client engagements, originate and expand a portable practice, and collaborate with multi-jurisdictional teams across transactional and financing matters. Strong commercial judgment and client development capability are essential.

Established partner with significant transactional experience (M&A, corporate finance, securities/CM deals)
Substantive background in energy sector work — renewables and/or oil & gas, including project development and commercial contracts
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to grow a portable practice
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Boston office
