Leading national firm is expanding its Montreal presence and seeking a partner to help grow its Corporate, Finance and Securities practices. The role is client-facing and business-development focused, ideal for a lawyer who wants to join an ambitious bench in a high-growth office.

We are looking for a commercially minded partner with experience in M&A, securities and banking matters (real estate and restructuring experience a plus). The appointment offers a clear path to equity for strong producers and a collaborative platform to build a portable practice.
