Leading German practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Munich Corporate and Finance team. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic private equity and venture capital transactions, acting on both sponsor-side and portfolio-company matters.

Successful candidates will be expected to originate and lead complex deals, manage client relationships, and collaborate across finance and corporate desks. The team advises strategic and financial investors as well as corporates on buyouts, growth financings and related corporate work.

Established partner-level experience in private equity and/or venture capital transactions
Proven track record leading cross-border M&A, equity investments and financings
Ability to originate business and manage client relationships; portable practice welcomed
Strong drafting, commercial judgment and team leadership skills
Admitted to practise in Germany or eligible; fluency in German and English
