Lateral Partner — Corporate & Finance (Muscat)

Senior corporate partner opportunity based in Muscat with a well-established regional practice. The role spans corporate and finance matters with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions.

This is a leadership-oriented role: you will lead and grow the local team, support succession planning, and develop the practice’s client pipeline across Oman and the region. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships will be valued.

• Seasoned partner-level experience in corporate and finance transactions, with a track record in private equity and/or venture capital.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and to lead a team.
• Experience advising on cross-border transactions in the Middle East preferred.
• Eligible to practise in Oman or willing to relocate and obtain local authorisations.
