Senior partner-level opportunity for an experienced corporate and finance lawyer to lead and grow a private equity and venture capital practice from the firm’s Chemnitz office. The role combines deal execution, business development and team leadership across domestic and cross-border transactions.

The firm seeks a visible market-facing partner who can develop local and international client relationships and expand the transaction pipeline. The position offers autonomy to build a portable practice or to bring an existing book of business, and will involve mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating with colleagues across practice groups.

Established partner or counsel with significant experience in corporate transactions and finance deals, ideally including private equity and venture capital.
Proven track record of originating or substantially contributing to client relationships and business development; ability to build or bring a portable practice.
Experience on cross-border matters and working with international clients preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills; comfortable mentoring associates and working across practice areas.
Admission to practise in Germany and fluency in German; excellent English for international work.
